How Sentinote listens, decides, and rings.

An end-to-end look at the four moving parts: rules, routing, the call itself, and the audit trail you'll hand the inspector.

01 — Rules

Keywords your team already uses.

Start from our safeguarding library: falls, medication concerns, skin integrity, mood, nutrition, infection signs, missed visits, emergencies. Every rule is fully editable — the words are yours, not a black box.

  • Group keywords for co-occurrence (e.g. "fall" AND "head") to reduce noise.
  • Negation phrases — "no falls today" doesn't trigger a falls alert.
  • Severity drives the channel — HIGH means voice, MED/LOW means SMS.

Wellbeing — mood LOW

02 — Stakeholders

The right person on your team, every time.

Stakeholders are the people in your agency who need to act — the on-call manager, the safeguarding lead, the branch manager covering tonight. Sentinote routes the right severity to the right role, with quiet hours respected for non-emergencies. Your care planner stays the source of truth — Sentinote sits as a read-only dispatch and audit layer above it.

  • Route by team or branch — the on-call manager covers tonight's rota.
  • Per-severity preferences — the safeguarding lead only takes high-severity alerts.
  • Quiet hours per person — emergencies always break through.

03 — The call

A phone rings. Someone answers.

For high-severity alerts, Sentinote places a real voice call. The on-call manager hears: "Sentinote alert. Margaret H., possible fall at 09:42. Check the dashboard or your SMS for the full note." No app. No login. Just a phone.

  • Voice and SMS dispatched in parallel — the message lands on whichever channel the manager sees first.
  • On-call rota and missed-call escalation in active development.
  • UK premium-rate-free numbers — never costs the receiver anything.

04 — Integrations

Built for the care planner you already use.

Sentinote is designed to connect directly to the major UK care planners. Today we're live with Bluebird Care on CSV export; deeper integrations are in various stages, and live-data processing beyond the current CSV pilot is gated on completing our DPIA. You can start today by uploading a CSV export from any care planner — Sentinote catches what matters from there.

  • Live today: CSV upload works with any care planning system — in production with Bluebird Care.
  • In progress: OneTouch in build (awaiting API access); Nourish implementation complete on our side, awaiting a test tenant; PASS at commercial-partnership discussion; Birdie on the roadmap.
  • Read-only access — we never modify your care records.
